@rumco I agree with you about the abolition of the state. As an anti-state socialist, this is what I believe in. The existence of government creates repression, debts, taxes, wars etc. I don't think it's fair to say he doesn't know economics; it certainly isn't his main area of study. I believe that voluntary collectivism can be freedom. Voluntary association, not government, is the solution. Governments are coercive by nature.. Etc. etc

Why does he make a fool out of himself with such claims? He may be on a solid ground in Marxism and leftist propaganda (just like his right-wing opposition) but doesn't have a clue about economics.

I completely agree that the present system is screwed up big time. More of the same - State - is not the solution. Collectivism is not freedom, it's enslavement. Solution is the abolition of the State.
