In this video by the U.S. Coast Guard, the transition from analog Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRB) to digital EPIRB's is explained. The Coast Guard will no longer monitor analog EPIRB transmissions after Feb 1, 2009.

    had health issues the doctoers could not

    find out what exactly what was wrong with him! That boat was the IOS Pipeliner in the golf of mexico
