Im 13 and self educating myself, making models is very fun, ive made several of these using blender. have to wait till college before i can use max :-(

You can download a free (legal) version of 3DS Max called G-Max. It's not *as* good, but it'll definitely get you started on the world of max.

Agreed, even the best start somewhere. When I first started 3D modeling, I sucked major butt crack at it. Now I'm getting quite awesome at it. :P I like your videos, so I just subscribed.
