A: The Captain of the mercenaries shoved a rock onto the floor and he knew that Anderson would use the distraction to start firing.

@Geschlechtsvolzieher He pushed that rock down on purpose because he knew the SEALS would use it as an opportunity to try and attack and they would end up dead because they were vastly outnumbered.
