Solio Rocsta-i Hybrid Solar Charger Initial Impressions

This a short review of the Solio Rocsta Hybrid solar charger. After using the device for about a day it has become clear that the internal 1000mAh battery is too small to effectively charge my 1400mAh battery in my Motorola Droid. At full charge the Rocsta charged my phone only 35% which to me seems like its not worth it. It is sturdy, light weight and extremely convenient. I recommend it to anyone who needs to charge a non-smart phone cell phone or similar electronic device. Thanks for watching!

Well it charge my iPod nano to 70% while this charger only had two blinks, I've heard that this charger doesn't work for the newer phones like the new blackberry and the droid and the iPhone, but it works so far great for my iPod nano!!!

No. It's only water resistent (ie minor rain or snow)

Yes this charger is 100% portable. It is capable of holding a charge for a year without use. The device will automatically turn off once it is finished charging. It can even charge something while it is being charge via USB or sun. Thanks for the comment!

Technicaly yes, considering that the light from the moon is the sun.
