The Hawaii technical divers team were doing an extended decompression dive on our favorite wreck, while Julie was just playing around on the outside, on one breath of air:)

There's an elegant fluidity that freedivers possess that we in scuba gear lack. Movements appear slower and far effortless. Definitely wish I could do this.

@kwfsuperstar it is really just practice, i cant hold my breath as long as julie does, but i can do 5 minutes, which doesnt suck too bad,

if you want to learn, look up Performance freediving international, on google, and see if a class is being offered close to you:)
