I bet this person is a teen boy being dumb. Since the bird is a healthy adult male, someone else owns & loves it. Likely this person's mom. The fact that he says not a word during recording tells me he didn't want to sooth the bird & make it comfortable & maybe he didn't want someone to know he was messing with this baby. I'm betting that if someone downloaded this video and showed it to Mr Brainiac's parents, he'd be in big trouble.

He's not psychopathic. You are! This Ringneck is obviously frightened backed into a corner. If you were to pay attention to his little body language, you would clearly see that he also has caused himself discomfort by cracking his little beak into the camera. Watch him immediately try to sooth it with his foot. If a parrot fractures a beak, he could starve to death and be in a lot of pain in the process.
