I am not too sure about this. I have been going to chiropractors for 40 years and to watch a doctor lightly wipe across a particular section of the body and the table drops and makes a noise is not adjustments. One can have manipulations without pain but no one can convince me this is an adjustment.

@nicksrick - I truly appreciate your comments and viewing! I can understand that this type of adjusting doesn't resemble the "manipulation" you have felt for 40 years. However, if you do some research, this technique predates the "diversified" method you have likely been receiving. In one adjustment session with this method, the same "cracks" and noises are not as profound, true. However, the benefits to be derived from a specific chiropractic adjustment are the same if not MORE permanent.
