I just wanted to post saying how much I enjoyed your improv and am wondering if its something I could try out with a titanium knee and outta shape (heard bellydancing is a great workout) .. any suggestions or advise?

belly dancing is great for anyone. no matter age or body type. your instructor should be able to work with you so your knee isnt an issue and doesnt hurt you. go for it!

Yes.. I've had a bad neck since childhood and my chiropractor recommended NOT doing backbands or especially lay-backs... so I'm not. Besides that, belly dance is NOT about what acrobatic feat you can show off.
