How to play ISO's with no UMD

Hi Youtubers


My second video is about how to play ISO's without a UMD in the drive. No software needed except custom firmware. I'm using 3.80 M33-5.
..

1. Go to Recovery
2. Click on UMD Mode until it says Sony NP9660
3. That's it. (You can also choose M33 Driver but I think the Sony one is better)

wow.. thats two years old, I hope you will still answer me..

I recently started played an old PSP (in the PSP menu>settings>system information the system software is 3.80.

now, I downloaded the update in your description and now it's in the memory card, though I only copied it to the memory card.

BUT I can't get to that "recovery" thing..

I didn't do anything else with the PSP nor the memory card.

I hope you can help me...

@Hapeloti I think your problems is that you're on official firmware. You'll need to hack your PSP, so that it's running full firmware. If you want to hack your PSP, look for a video on youtube or google it, I can't explain it right here.

Quick question, would you know why my psp freezes when I exit the iso? It is a rip from my own game. I have cfw 3.80 m33-5 on slim psp. Blue madden edition if that matters. Thanks.

I'm sorry but I don't have a solution. Maybe one of the files on flash is corrupted. I'm trying to find out what else might fix it.

i got a 4 gig MicroSD with adapter, i recommended it ;)(but ofc, 8/16 gig is better :p)

yo thx dan for the vid nice hlep even tho i was kinda lost finding the recovery mode lol since im a nub at psp , but i pressed selct button on the main screen and it came up .thx now i can play dracula x chronicles
