seriously hes driveing without a seatbelt and hes writeing tickets for cell phone usage which i see the cops in my area driveing and talking on there phones all the time asshole.

Yet another bitter member of society. The CHP nor the State of California make money off citations. They can give you warnings just like you parents gave you. Just how many times did your parents have to give you a warning before you stopped doing what you were doing?? Stop being so stubborn and use your HANDS-FREE device. If you are using the internet, you must have some sense of technology.
