Getting Howard Finkel to announce isn't a big deal. He regularly announces House Shows today. Now, if you get Lilian Garcia, then that is special since she is only a contracted TV announcer. She has done a few House Shows and usually does the Overseas tours, but it is rare to see her announce a House Show in the U.S.
