    In Sikhism we respect the hair on our body and regard it as as apart of our body. For us hair is a precious gift from God, and just as important as our arms legs etc.. Being a Sikh myself I have never cut my hair, and have tied the turban everyday. I love my hair which is very well kept and combed twice daily. I have very minimal hair loss, and I am proud to say my hair looks and feels healthy :)
