my bmi as of today 24/05/10 is 28.2
my height is 5 ft 10 inches
89.2 kg commando style in the house scales =89.2 kg = 196.2 lbs
((90.2 kg with clothes at surgery office bmi 28.5))

I was literally only thinking of you yesterday and wondering how you were going, mate! So great to see you looking so fabulous. Congrats on the plastic surgery, can't wait to see your results down the track. Hubby is nine months post op and doing great, bit of a plateau lately but he's off the mark again, about 27kg lost now with 50 to go :) Take care xx
