Season 4, Episode 3;

"As Amy decides the fate of a ten year old boy, who was kidnapped by his adoptive parents when they lost custody to his birth mother, she finds an answer to some of her own family's pressing concerns. Bruce is back at work as Amy's C.S.O. and is completing his community service at a soup kitchen. Amy gets the silent treatment from Lauren when she won't let her become a cheerleader; Maxine's refusal to sell her house to buyers she doesn't like leaves Peter feeling unappreciated. At the behest of his sponsor, Kyle applies to every residency program in the area."

  • Arghhh! I wanna hear this so bad!

  • What the heck? I've only just seen that the audio track has been removed, Youtube didn't even tell me. Gah, sorry about that :( At some point I could possibly try to re-upload the part without the musical montage at the end.

  • It's okay =) You didn't know, and stupid youtube has been doing that to everybody lately it seems. I would like to see the end, since I've never seen this episode before. No rush, though.

  • This reply is a little late, but, for me at least, the sound seems to have returned? I hope it works for you, too!

  • The kid should be with his blood family. It's not the mother's fault this couple stole her baby.

  • Believe me, what really counts is the person you CALL Mommy...Cause thats the Person who was ALWAYS there for you when you made your first steps when you said your first word when you fell down when you were ill...that is what really matters!!! Not which DNA you have...

  • Remember when YOU were ten years old? How would you like some judge taking you away from your parents and giving you to a stranger?

    Were the wealthy couple criminals? Oh Yeah! Big time, but really, truly, what is best for the kid? What if YOU were that little boy? The child was ripped away from his "parents" and the only family he ever knew. What a nightmare...

  • Is the 'kidnapper Mom' the actress from An Officer and a Gentleman? Debra Winger's friend

  • Is there drink in the house? LOL amy

  • lol are we supposed to feel bad for the kidnappers? I'd toss them in jail as well as taking the child they stole.

  • Only problem I had with Amy was that she acted snobby,superior to people; discounting people she thought were "lower" than her,for example,in this episode, cheer leaders.

  • I dunno man...I think these decisions always need to be case by case. I would argue, from a pure best-interest-of-the-child that he should stay with the adoptive/kidnappy parents so long as their not the least abusive, but the biological parent (whoever) would have to have rights to see them - like a custody arrangement after divorce.
