I'm not sure of Kevin and James are one and the same, but this review is a good one. Some are stupid. The only thing missing in the review is an evaluation of the touchpad keyboard. It is a bit controversial. At a minimum, it takes getting used to. It seems easier to use in the landscape mode...as opposed to portrait mode. The Nokia 800 and 810 are the competition. It has a slide out keyboard, but you also lose portability. The touch is sleek personified. I only wish the Touch had Flash Player.
