@ilickmadtoes While it is possible that these new proteins can be produced, there are screening procedures in place that test for allergens. I challenge you to show me a documented case of a illness or death caused principally by a GMO-produced allergen.

@cjudge90 technically, when an organism is genetically modified it becomes a new type of protein, and some of these proteins are completely new to the human diet. in some cases these proteins have cause allergic reactions. in a way I suppose this could be considered toxic to certain humans

I like how he accused her of calling consumers "dumb" because she said she wanted to educate them on the technology behind the products. What a load of garbage. Most consumers ARE ignorant and when they hear the word "cloned" or "GMO" they automatically think the food attached to it is poisonous. And labeling foods as such would decrease consumer demand based solely on ignorance. There is no research that states cloned or genetically modified foods are toxic to humans.

Codex Alimentarius is a part of the 2nd phase of the Jesuit plan to bring the whole world under the subjection of the Papacy and to restart persecution. This is encapsulated within a 300 year plan to counter the reformation. The 1st phase started in 1965 at the end of the Vatican II council. The 2nd phase started in October 2009. 'ingredients' was also a good documentary. "americans pay more for healthcare and less on food costs than any other nation. So, you can choose to pay the doctor or you can choose to pay the farmer". Oh, and on a side note, we place 37th world wide for life expectancy, so don't approach me with any delusions about America's 'expensive top notch hospital equipment' because dialysis wont save your fat ass from a cheeseburger.

That family in the car is not educated on how to cook healthy meals. That meal going to a McDonalds isn't the only option they have to eat unhealthy stuff, it is their choice! I do disagree with that lady though also :)
