All this Sunday disruption is because the driver refuse to work

Well, I've been trainspotting at Tring today on the London Midland network, and almost none of the London Midland drivers have acknowledged me no matter how much I wave to them!! That just shows you how miserable these drivers can be, as well as not working on a Sunday.

Why should the drivers work? London Madland have tried to decrease their sunday pay and sunday is NOT part of their working week!!!
