18 was idiotic too. It took four warnings from Tien later on to even leave the island. These two androids were just asking to be beaten or absorbed. I liked it when 18 lost her arrogance and ended up marrying Krillin, but before that she and her brother were, as Lamporre put it, dumbasses.

I sometimes wonder how Cell would look like if he absorbed 18 first because of the difference between the siblings, while his final form would of course be the same since he would have both, but this Cell is like a brute which fits 17's characteristics and Imperfect Cell did seem to indicate they were different like saying 18's movements was like poetry.
