I am not sure, but I am guessing that windows movie maker doesnt have any special effects filters

its a movement shadow overlay effect in adobe premiere 6 that I repeatedly piled on top of its self... like 8 times over... and then I basically mimed dodging bullets with my feet planted in position... hopefully that made a modicum of sense!
