The number one thing to remember about Toaster Ovens is that they will save on electricity vs a regular oven. Well worth the money in the end.
Hamilton Beach is the best for the money.

I use a toaster oven nearly every day!
They will work for so many items..more than you'd think..I rarely need a full oven (I live alone, but still some counter top ovens will take a full bird eh,..
I disregard the "do not cook in a toaster oven" warnings...just place on top of the steel broiling pan, or an aluminum drip tray, (so the plastic or paper tray is away from the element.) Also a sheet of foil over top if your unit has upper elements, to avoid burning the top of your dinner.
