Funny, I `ve been looking for this song for a year, couldn´t remember neither the singer nor the tittle, all of a sudden I remembered ".. if you want to get rid of me u ´re doing fine", and here I am. One of the best songs of the 80s i can recall: i could go on listening for hours.

I love this song, forever. I never knew who sang it but I'm adding to my CD collection and am trying to fill in the blanks left by absolutely great songs like this one. I love it every time I hear it.

I knew Rocky personally in 1968 and 1969. This was in Van Nuys, California. We were just teenagers then. I wrote a play and had Rocky act the lead and sing. He was always smiling and had a golden voice, also a powerful voice, requiring no microphone to fill the hall. He was an instant hit. He had a buddy named Tim Sullivan and their band even then was excellent. His uncle, by the way was Glen Campbell. That family can sing!
