We had the good fortune to be in the New Hampshire area last week filming the Timberman 70.3 triathlon when we decided to go check out the infamous hill the locals and serious climbers speak of so reverently. Turned out that the 2010 event was the next day, Saturday, and with even more good camera karma, that the race organizers were willing and appreciative of our desires to shoot the course for a RCV. Turned out to be a beautiful day, light winds, blue skies and 7.8 miles of uure one-way, uphill, fun. Many thanks to John, Ryan and Mary for their professionalism and good nature. www.mtwashingtonbicyclehillclimb.org for additional info on this world-class event, and www,Racermatinc, com for more on CompuTrainer and Real Course Video. We now have Baker and Washington in the can, Lemon must be next.
