info from plumpub.com & cmaod.com (you can buy it there):

by Li, Shenlin
It can be used in single training & sparring. Steps move 4 gates 8 corners, clearly show Pa Kua (8 trigram) 9 squares in footworks. Special hand mehtod & footwork combination: DoDi Step, LiuHe (six harmony) step, Wu Hun (5 sections) step, "King Offering Wine", "Monkey Stealing Peaches", & "Child Warship Buddha".... It contains characteristics of Hua Fist and Tonbei Fist.
This is a Fist set with some power and grace. Mo Shou or rub hand, which is also represented as a staff set in this collection, is a Northern Long Fist form. The moves are wide and loose with some explosions of power. The actions look somewhat like PiGua or Jiao Men (Muslim Style). A nice, traditional set by a practitioner whose been practicing for a little while. Well known for being taught by Sun YanHu a military instructor.

  • i in joyed watching u like very feel men in the world, u do a form, like u are always moving, like air that goes to your face, u flow like animal in the hunt, or going for the kill, good job, my chinese counter part, master john lengyel

  • Superb Form :)

  • no problem, i like to mix things up

  • Nice form - not universal, but awesome to be learned. Hybrid of tong-bei, xiao hung quan and chan quan, however nice mixture. Thanks for video -- nice form and good demonstration

  • This looks like a version of xiou hong quan (not the popular one that you see "shaolin monks" doing). It has to be a different version of the same form. All the moves are there, just changed somewhat. Beautiful!
