I think the answer to that question is both, and more so how its configured.
I also dont like how windows manages resources. Its just not very efficient

yeah i would think something like that they would use a Unix based OS rather than windows, something like that shouldnt be open to potential windows exploits.
Windows is a very very insecure platform to run on.
I wonder why they never got some one to design a special UNIX based OS for them.
Then again they probably dont have internet access so they wouldnt be affected by hackers.
I just think its very dangerous for something like that to be running on windows

Most engineers use Windows. They don't mind it because they're engineers.
Creative folk are frustrated by Windows and prefer Mac in my experience.

Views don't update automatically - it would stay at 100 for multiple people.
Also, 1st comment on an AP video doesn't say much. I see videos uploaded here for hours and still no comments.
