OK...im thinking they mean high for one night when you smoke...and then slow for a month-seeing as THC is in the system for 30 days. Only problem with that is ITS FLIPPIN INACTIVE THC, meaning your not high, and NOT SLOW-Carboxy is active THC which is what gets you HIGH and is only active for a period of time...So this vid. makes no sence...sad when a stoner knows scientifically more about marijuana than the people trying to ban it...DO YOUR HOMEWORK AMERICA...it ain that bad!
