  • hi,

it was may of this year. i have been going to sequoia twice a year for the last 30 years. springtime is always best for bear sightings in the giant forest. one year my best total sightings was 13 bears in one day.

  • wow nice i went this past 4th of july we actually hit a bear...and a coyote..and saw a deer nd mountain lion it was a cool trip....and our car broke down up there we spent a whole week up there and survived off of leftover food.

  • we just got back from that area it being Oct and only spotted some bear dung with berries in it near a river bank , no sight of bears.....all though saw alot of Elk up above Trinidad......Must be neat seeing all the bears in spring....do you think they're hibernating now?
