Form was done slow for new students to follow along. No need to go fast and hard and strike to places that are not logical like a lot of San Soo forms shown. Look at the left horses, right horses, and modified horses, you may have missed them in every single move. Forms can be done hard, fast, slow, with dynamic tension or without, classical and practical. O they can be performed in any combination of these. Post one of your forms then talk
