habaneros mattering variety and color range from 100k to 340k on the SU's...and the red savini si much much hotter than the orange or green or yellow varieties....ghosts are supposed to be over 1 million....*shrug* Oh and jake don't use cold to cool your mouth down, the cold constricts your taste buds and makes them hold the hot flame like oil in there longer!

@albnorhyno Although I agree with you,This Orange hab. was quite noticeably more intense then the Red Hab & dried Ghost peppers I tried. This pepper was the only one I've had so far that elevated me to a short panic episode. Cheers
