Doris Duborg Hughes tells the story of how her father and his brother built a hydroelectric power plant in 1922 on the Crawfish river in Columbus, WI on the Rudolph & George Duborg farms. In 1922 their power plant was the smallest hydroelectric power plant in the world and generated electricity for two farms for 7 years.
