the e's have like 120 hp, but around 170 lb. ft. of torque, so more torque, but less horsepower, than a 325i.

i like 325i but not the 325e, i dont care about the world, i drive v8s and diesel trucks but i love bmw! but not e's

I put i JC chip in my 325e and it made a pretty big diff, sometimes tho the car cuts out when it is warming up and you applying >1/2 throttle. and i definitely don't think the cars put out anywhere close to the torque they were rated at... mainly because my dads 635csi put out a bit more torque and rips the tires loose like no other. Actually its like 54 more but w/e :P

hay guys I have a 1987 325es bmw,2.7.whats the hp on this engine?
more like 107hp, seriously, the e (eta) cars were ECONOMY e30's.... they came with about 120hp stock... i have an 87 eta
