  • I just asked you about this from a more recent video. So, grateful that you posted this already. Thanks, I am currently undergoing my own weight loss journey (claiming second time is the charm). This time I am doing it the right way with proper nutrition and exercise, although I am kicking it off with a fast to break my addictions to food.

  • I've learned patience is the key to every damn thing lol. Rushed results never last for long. That's why I've decided to do a lifestyle change, instead of eliminating any and everything simply to get quick results. Plus, I want to avoid the loose skin. I have HUGE arms, so I mos def plan on weight lifting and resistance training to avoid the flabby arms. I want optimal health but also a great looking body lol.

  • @MrszRenaissance Not necessarily. Losing the weight slowly and toning with weights while losing weight can help your body bounce back into shape or into a shape you've never known. Also slowly losing weight helps to guarantee that it'll stay off. Lots of people have lost dramatic weight and had little to no loose skin because they did it properly. It'll even help your stretch marks if you tone the stomach. Plus, you could save yourself LOADS of money.
