OPEN ME:

So this is a new series I am wanting to start that is all about Fitness and Healthy Eating..or at least Heathier Eating lol. I need your help to come up with a name for the new Fitness/Health Series and also if you want to me to go into depth of the at home work out dvds that I currently have and have tried :)

I also know that I look really silly and uncoordinated but this is my first time ever doing the TurboFire workout so I had no clue how to do the moves!! haha

I am not sponsored or affiliated with BeachBody I just really enjoy their work out programs.

Everything is purchased by me with my own money and all opinions are my own and 100% honest :)

  • Great vid! I used to do mostly workout vids too when my son was really smallI, but it gets harder when they become toddlers - "at least in my case". :) We currently go to the YMCA in our town which has great day care that is free for 2 hours a day. I find it a  great way to get some time to myself and workout instead of waiting until its nap time - and they have great classes. I will have to check out the Turbo Fire series for my off days.

  • @pinupminerals We have a YMCA too! I totally don't blame you for going to a gym rather than trying to always do it at home!! Yeah definitely check out TurboFire for those days you don't want to go to the gym! it is awesome!

  • Hey! I just started doing the 30 day shred. I haven't done it in about a year. I really like that one. How many days a week do you recommend working out? I never know when to skip a day b/c I'm always the sorest the second day after working out. Anyways, great video! Look forward to more videos! Please do healthy recipe videos! I've been eating healthy and always like new ideas! Thanks!

  • @2055420831 30 day shred is awesome!! I love that workout!!! I think if you could work out 3-5 times a week that would be best. I know that it is really hard when you are so sore towork out but believe me thats the best time to work out and push through it!! it actually helps that soreness!! I am pretty sore in my back and shoulders today but I just need to push through it for todays work out!!!

  • Wow! I am currently very into the Walk at Home with Leslie Sansone I am far from the Beach body options. I have several Biggest Loser that i cant finish lol I have Jillians 30 day SHred ( which I have done a few times) & her 6 week 6 pack which I havent done more than watch lol.

  • Kassie, such a good idea! I have been on my own eating healthy/fitness thing for the last week or so! If you like dancing, you should try Zumba! It is super fun :) I love the name Kassie's Kickbutt Challenge lol..
