I am currently undergoing radiation treatments for stage 2 throat cancer. The people at the center allowed me to record one of my treatments today. Number 27 out of 35 was today. Thought anybody about to undergo these treatments might like to see what's in store for them. Might make things a little easier going into them. Since I started mine with no idea of what was to be expected. I was a little worried going into it. After you see this it may ease your mind somewhat. I layed down on the table and got strapped in at 8:00. By 8: 06 I was getting up and ready to head back home. It's just the matter of having to do it five days per week with weekends off for a little recovery.
Hope this eases the minds a little of those that are about to have this done.
Hope you're getting better. Thanks for sharing and keep positive!

Hi, thanks for your video. I finished my stage 2 throat cancer radiation / chemo about 6 months ago. Like you, I was worried about the whole procedure. The radiation treatments really aren't too hard to go thru, but I admit that each of the the last 7 - 8 were tougher than the ones before (it's amazing how long those 6 minutes can seem). The hard part is getting over chemo. Best of luck to you.
