Its different someguys was before the update and was on rb1. Therefore they arent even on the same leader board.. rb1 has its own leader board from rb2.

Yeah, exactly. THis is why they haven't released a new pack. They already released the metallica pack before plans for the GH:M game were even started, so it was legal then. And since they bought the use of those songs then, they can't be taken away even if Activision bought the rights to all Metallica songs.

Don't expect a Metallica pack again, looks like GH has a pretty strong hold on them now.
Although GH:M really is a good game, works with RB drums and everything, so it's probably better than hoping for another pack of songs.
