I liked how you tried to make this game seem simple - even though it's not. You do not simplify Xenogears.

You know, Xenogears wasn't that anti-God. In fact, they were fighting a false god. The only thing is religious cults in the game were criticized... and they were kinda like our Christian church. Personally, I think it was a neat criticism... on religious cults in general handled by simple men... men who can manipulate others with those cults. God and true faith however, didn't get attacked at all (I think they were even beautifully portrayed in the end).
