  • hey man I got an Acura Tl 01 can you recommend something for the headlights and I keep reading about this vapor wax, now i dont know if this will all work on my car that's why I want to know if you can recommend a small package so that I can buy them and try them out hopefully they'll work and continue to buy. thanks

  • @elcaifan

A small package would be the ALR APC 360ID.

There is enough ALR to keep your head lights clear for the life of the car and enough VaporWax APC 360ID to treat your entire vehicle (headlights and tail lights included).

Another option is the APC 28cc ALR 2cc option.

This gives you enough ALR for 10 or more re-treatments and enough VaporWax APC 360ID for 2 conditioning treatments of your vehicle.

  • my headlights feel grainy and bumpy and its also kinda foggy, will this stuff work for the graininess?

  • If by grainy you mean rough or damaged surface the answer is NO.

It is 100% pure liquid containing no abrasives.

It is designed to remove oxidatiion only.

  • Its called ACETONE, just grab your wifes nail polish remover with acetone in it, or go buy some for a $1, and it works exactly the same.

  • That's a supposition that has literally melted the surface of headlights of people who fell for that urban legend.

You are very welcome to try acetone on your headlights, but I would not advise anyone to go that route.

Oxidation and Acrylic are two different things.

If you use acrylic nail polish remover, Its going to remove acrylic and destroy the surface of your headlights.

  • is this for real?

  • How long ALR effects lasts, vary according to each car's invironment and maintence.

Generally expect 1 year before any noticable return of oxidation.

  • yea but how long does it last

  • i already ordered one of those products :)...Im just waitin' for it to arrive, chyeaaaaaaaaaaaaa
