FOOTBALL VIOLENCE BREAKS OUT AFTER DERBY MATCH BETWEEN SOUTHAMPTON AND PORTSMOUTH

Back in February violence broke out after the Derby match between rivals Southampton and Portsmouth. Fans proceeded to hurl objects and bottles at each other out of anger.
Police had to work hard to keep fans the rivals apart but the operation was planned weeks in advance.
