Actually, they lost the series in game 7 when Baker started Livan over Woody on short rest. Head case pitcher = disaster, but tired lefty pitcher = unhittable sinker. By starting the same 8 players in every game, the Giants were exhausted. But its not like their bench players were any better, going 1 for 18 pinch hitting with runners in scoring position for the series. The one thing i wish did not blow was Robb Nen's elbow ligament. Poor guy was out of baseball at the age 31.

Actually, felix pitched in all 7 games, Doing well in most of them, but was tragically out of gas at the end. Using shinjo as the dh is probably a bigger crime than pulling Russ, who had given up three hard line drives before he was pulled.
