With the success of our Mitchel & Me Live segments at our Broadway location I am happy to announce that master butcher Ray Venezia and I will be bringing our carving sessions to a live format as well in the near future. Although I have yet to cut myself in these types of sessions, I will absolutely be putting my skills to the test and hope to come away unscathed.

We have also booked Wednesday April 22nd as our next shoot for Discover Fairway and it will take place in our new Paramus store. Highlights will include Ray and I cutting a whole side of beef,a Mitchel & Me hamburger segment, Peter Romano teaching us how to pick the perfect melon, and seven additional segments.
