I have a Mexican wolf Hybrid lol, I dont know many people that do, bc mexican wolves R mad rare; But my hybrid dont bark or make sounds at all.

@jgmtiger with any creature (human too) it's both upbringing and genetics how they behave. So you are proabebly right that it depands on temperament of parent and how they are rised than particuallar species :) sorry for that, I don't have experiance but have read a lot for some time. Theoretical knowladge can be datable
Still, beautiful dog, very friendly and I love how she is howling. My dog howls only when there is siren somewhere.

@Milu0000000 not true depends on temperment of parents and how they are raised my mother and father raised them for 25 years on our farm each had about 3 acres of pen to there self or mates were side by side we have saved dogs before for instance one was called "smoke" we saved him some guy locked him in a barn chained to the floord to guard his drugs the barn caught on fire so we got a call and he was mean for a month and then a lap dog (in temper not size lol)

@Kenman22 Wolf dog hybrids can be dangerous as far as I can tell, but it's not about howling. Wolf-dog hybrids are usually quite agressive or fears humans a lot, it's a genetic remnant.
