I'm guessing that you haven't seen this exact same clip spoofed literally dozens of times, then, have you? They're both mocking Hitler, and using Hitler to mock petty disasters. It's satire at its finest.
I do wish I knew the movie this clip originally came from, and the actual dialogue. That would make it even funnier for me.

agreed about the murderer. My family took a direct hit from Hitler, I take that personally, I still found this absolutely hilarious. I know my history.
