23yr old Milan Taylor is the president of The Rockaway Youth Taskforce. He set up this organisation 4 yrs ago to mentor young kids in The Rockaways. Currently RYTF are servicing 20 high rise residential buildings with aid to elderly or disabled people who are still without power and cannot get to a distribution station. They are in desperate need for weekday volunteers.
