After both engines failed on takeoff (most likely due to a flock of birds being sucked in), an Airbus A320 crashed into the Hudson River on 1/15/09. Nobody died due to a greatly executed emergency landing. Near the end, you can see the passengers evacuated on the winds of the aircraft.

  • I was hoping Rudy Guiliani and Larry Silverstein died in the helicopter. I'll NEVER FORGIVE THEM FOR 9/11

  • @zanth91 Every Landing Is Basically A Controlled Crash.....!!!

  • @zanth91 it didnt crash, he did a water-landing, nothing abnormal about his water landing, the abnormality occured in the air when the engines failed

  • the true heros are the engineers who built the plane...

  • @badharvz They have footage of that. As well as a missing 757 and 70+ passengers. And that has NOTHING to do with this accident

  • @thelinkinparkfan504 Both engines failed as a result of birdstrikes after takeoff. both engines could not be re-started and the pilots had no choice but to ditch in the hudson.

  • Both engines didn't fail something just went wrong in takeoff but not that bad that they needed to fix it.

  • @CoolVideoGameVideos It actually didn't crash, it landed on the river!
