there is about a million stripers in Lake lanier and they were put there on purpose for us to catch and eat you dumbass...it's just like deer and Alligators...if we as humans didn't kill and eat them they would overpopulate.

I was thinking of fishing for stripers there and was wondering if you can catch them from the shore...my cast can get me as far as your boat is so I don't see why not. What do you recommend to catch em with? Thanks!

@Masxed I'm sure you could catch a few from shore if your at the right spot. You'll have a better shot catching a striper on the river fishing from shore.
