Hello,
Hard to say, it's a middle setup, maybe around 45 to 50 km/h ( thats 35 mph).
But you can gear it very tall up to 30-32 teeth (carefull motor may heat) to make some speed pass.
Bigger motor are overkill on this truck anyway ;)

The motor is ok, built quality was good for mine, with a dismountable front end bell to access rotor, The internal are a little like the one from castle creation. Come with a oversized japan made Koyo bearing for the front bearing
