they were singing at a church conference I went to a long time ago. and one of the members had just written this song for his best friend (who didn't have a great relationship with God and died in a car accident or something) and sang it at the conference live for the first time. awesome song.

I love this song!! I remember seeing them back in 2001, when they were Puddleglum, and this track touched me so profoundly. Then two years later, a friend at school mentioned a band she knew called The Swift and talked about this song and I realized it was the same band. She gave me a cd of theirs and I still listen to it constantly. They are so talented, and it feels special to me that I got to see them so early in their career.
