If you cant live without sugar, salt and grease the sure slim is not for you, otherwise its great!

I loved the Sureslim plan. it just makes sense. A personalized eating plan based on my a blood test. Brialliant. Its just regual food eaten in a new way. In a way that made me lose weight fast. I feel terrific and the weight just poured off. Love it. Go to a clinic yourself and see the info session. The program worked for me. Its great, easy and fast.

I think your such an inspiration to not only me but to others as well XD it takes so much strength to lose weight HEALTHILY and do it over youtube because most people choose the other way and just practically starve theirself. but your such an inspiration and we're all behind you supporting you !!! :)

Thanks for replying. I've stopped doing weights at the gym cos I think I pulled a muscle when I first started off and I was told that I should just concentrate on cardio at the mo cos that's what I need to do to get rid of fat! Then once i've lost it I can do weights to tone up. I do treadmill 10 mins,cross trainer 20 mins, bike 20 mins and rower 10 mins. I do high intensity interval training though. Have you heard of it? Do you do it? xxx
Losing a pound is better than not losing anything :)
What's your routine at the gym? Which machines do you go on and for how long?

my gym routine...
i start my heart rate up after i do stretches by going on the stepper for 10 mins, then i usually jog on the treadmill for another 10. then i use pretty much all the machines, exercising all the muscle groups i can think of (sorry i dont know the names...but i go round the gym) each time i go i try to add another set of reps and if i'm feeling brave i'll push myself to add another set of weights :)
each gym session is about an hour :)

I''m hglad you got out of it and are doing your own good hearlthier diet now. exercise makes you feel great after even if your achey. its good achey like you know you've worked your muscles. glad you lost a pound. its better to lose the weight slowly and surely :) i love you lots and lotsssss xXxXx
