Here's your chance to star in a big movie. We've got the open casting call info right now!

Hey everyone. Welcome back to Clevver TV. I'm Dana Ward here at our Beverly Hills studio with some info for those of you seeking stardom. If you've ever wanted to act alongside some of Hollywood's best, this is your chance. Paramount Pictures is set to hold open castings for a 12 to 17 year old girl for the upcoming western film, True Grit. This is a lead role, people, for the movie and according to the TrueGritCasting.com site, "no experience necessary."
If you're interested in this audition, you'd be playing the 14-year-old Mattie a simple, tough character in the post-Civil War Arkansas. She sets off on a journey with 2 marshals to hunt her father's killer. No word on who else the lucky lady will star opposite, but it's pretty sweet that True Grit is completed by the famed Coen Brothers.

So this open call already got started with a stop in Little Rock, but casting will also be stopping in Jackson, Mississippi and Oklahoma. Any one else who can't make it, can send in a taped audition. All of the details related to this open call can be found on TrueGritCasting.com.

true grit remark is a good idea cause of shit they got now that they didn't have back then to make the movie the way they in the first place so.... and for new a look cause i never seen the old one no office but it look boring
