I totally worship the original album version of this track but this version with the host of seraphim brings an immense darkness to an already gothic/eastern masterpiece. Is it Illuminati? Who cares? The Sisters of Mercy and The Mission couldn't exist without symbolism. Enough editorialism just play the song and enjoy the darkness....

imo the Bombay Mix is the best version of this track. It retains all the different elements of the original version such as guitars, vocal, melody etc but it builds and builds and is much better than this version. This version is ruined by the repeated use of the "there is no salvation" sample. It sounds really tacky and is very annoying. The Bombay Mix is far superior.
